Foundation La Sonrisa Naranja is officially acknowledge by the Dutch Authorities as a Public Benefit Organisation (PBO, ANBI in Dutch). This means that at least 90% of the institution’s efforts are focused on the general good. In the case of Foundation La Sonrisa Naranja, all our efforts are focused on the general good. Members of the foundation board don’t receive any financial compensation and our sole focus is to help the medical center in Guayaquil in providing its services to the patients.
